Outdoor Leadership

There are a  number of advantages in using the outdoor for developing leadership skills (and team building) due to the fact that established "pecking orders" cease to be relevant when placed in a different environment. 

The Arrowhead Team has over 50 years combined experience in developing leadership skills  using the outdoors, and by working in partnership with other organisations we can use that experience to encourage leadership development in a challenging yet safe environment.
