Arrowhead in partnership with Lakeside Corporate, Windermere

Lakeside Corporate is an outdoor leadership initiative from the YMCA who use their centre at the Southern end of Windermere, Cumbria to offer a variety of outdoor leadership development experiences to business organisations, either using on site accommodation or the excellent 4 star Lakeside Hotel a short distance away.

You can choose from the high inpact challenges which will really challenge you physically and mentally such as this high level activity

or something less physical but equally demanding in terms of teamwork and the need for leadership

All this with trained instuctors and either Arrowhead's consultants or Lakeside's own corporate trainers to help make a memorable learning experience

Windermere is 12 miles (19 Km) long and is the largest natural lake in England, it is set in The Lake District National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty comprising  lakes and mountains including Sca Fell Pike the highest mountain in England at 3210 feet (976m)
